PVC backing cards with membrane laminated are placed into the track by the operator and then transmitted forward by the conveyor. After detecting the edge of the card, gliding tip will automatically fall to the membrane surface to start dispensing line. After dispensing, the instrument will automatically lift the gliding tip to avoid polluting the conveyor.
HM8008 achieves dual-pump alternating dispensing based on HM8000 (one pump). The conveyor belt in special design may intermittently dispense on one piece of backing card, or continuous dispense membrane on the reel backing card. It may also be connected with the reel to card laminator CTM650.
