HM3230/HM3235 is XYZ large platform dispenser, which is also called dotting or coating machine. The standard model can be equipped with the five pumps for gliding or spraying at most. It is suitable for the line dispensing or gold spraying of 5 gliding tips, which largely improves the production efficiency. HM3235 is equipped with the vacuum adsorption platform and automatic dispensing and spraying conversion module based on HM3230. More gliding tips or spraying nozzles can be available.
